Which vehicles are covered?
Please view our vehicle coverage page to see which vehicles are covered in EasiEst. Please note: EasiEst has the ability to create 'non-standard' vehicles, which can be linked to existing vehicles, thereby enabling users to complete estimates on, quite literally, any vehicle.

Where do the times, within EasiEst, come from?
The system, as default, comes with Motex times available.  For an additional subscription, Thatcham TTS times are available - see the Thatcham website for more information.

What is Thatcham (TTS/TPS) data?
Thatcham (otherwise known as the Motor Insurance Repair Research Centre) produce industry standard vehicle repair time (TTS - Thatcham Times System) and part price data (TPS - Thatcam Price System). This data is available through EasiEst, however an additional charge must be levied to cover the Thatcham TTS and/or TPS subscription charges.

What are Motex times?
Motex times are our suggestion as to the time involved to undertake crash repair tasks (eg how long it takes to replace a Bonnet/Hood). Motex times have been developed by our specialist data preparation department, which is a team of highly experienced and knowledgable people who have been involved in the crash repair industry for many years.

How up-to-date are the parts prices?
We receive price update files, from many vehicle manufacturers, at the same time the dealers receive them. These new prices are incorporated into our data and sent to you with the next update disk. Therefore, the parts prices should never be more the a few weeks behind.

Can I export EasiEst invoices to my Sage accounting system?
Yes. EasiEst provides an export to Sage facility.
